Extractable Heavy Metals Test
- Test Purpose: To determine the content of heavy metals in textiles that can be extracted and absorbed by the human body through sweat, saliva, and other media. These heavy metals accumulate in the human body and damage organs including the liver, kidneys, and nervous system.
- Applicable Scope: Infant textiles, oral-contact textile products (e.g., pacifier straps), close-fitting sportswear, etc.
- Key Standards: China GB/T 30157; International Oeko-Tex Standard 100; EU EN 71-3.

Phthalates Test
- Test Purpose: To screen phthalates used as plasticizers in textiles. Such substances disrupt the human endocrine system, affect children’s reproductive development, and may increase carcinogenic risks with long-term exposure.
- Applicable Scope: Textiles with plastic coatings, prints and softeners, such as children’s raincoats, PVC luggage and bags, stretch fabric garments, etc.
- Key Standards: China GB/T 20388, GB 31701; EU REACH Regulation Annex XVII; US CPSIA.

Carcinogenic and Allergenic Dyes Test
- Test Purpose: To identify explicitly carcinogenic or allergenic dyes in textiles, preventing such dyes from entering the human body via skin contact or inhalation and causing allergic reactions or cancer.
- Applicable Scope: All kinds of dyed textiles, especially skin-contacting products such as underwear, socks, and bedding articles.
- Key Standards: China GB 18401, GB/T 17592; International Oeko-Tex Standard 100; EU REACH Regulation Annex XVII.

Organotin Compounds Test
- Test Purpose: To detect organotin compounds used for mildew proofing, antisepsis, and coating finishing of textiles. These substances impair the human immune system and reproductive system and may even induce gene mutation.
- Applicable Scope: Outdoor waterproof textiles, leather goods, mildew-proof home textile products, etc.
- Key Standards: China GB/T 20385; EU REACH Regulation Annex XVII; Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

Odor Test
- Test Purpose: To detect pungent odors in textiles (such as musty smell, fishy smell, gasoline smell, aromatic hydrocarbon odor, etc.). Such odors may come from residual chemical reagents, microbial contamination or low-quality raw materials, adversely affecting user experience and physical health.
- Applicable Scope: All types of textiles, especially newly delivered garments, home textiles, automotive interior textiles and more.
- Key Standards: China GB 18401; International Oeko-Tex Standard 100; US ASTM D4952.
